From The Artist

Born in Glasgow at the end of the eighties, Andrew Tough is an extremely sought-after artist. His photorealist studies of Glasgow are becoming key works in many private collections. After achieving a BA in Fine Art Andrew took to the medium of oil and now paints scenes close to his home. The City of Glasgow holds many famous landmarks and Andrew captures them with an intense realistic quality. His painting technique is entirely self-taught and often takes a great deal of time to complete. He enjoys the challenge of accentuating natural details and portraying the atmosphere of some of his favourite Scottish locations. He uses finite detailing and a fantastically unique perspective to achieve paintings that are taking the art world by storm.
