Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, including delays at customs or busy periods such as Christmas.
For deliveries outside the UK, please note that you may be liable to pay an import fee. This varies from country to country and cannot be advised by ScotlandArt.
Returns
Our no-quibble returns service allows you to try artwork in your home with full peace of mind.
If you decide an artwork isn’t right for you, let us know within fourteen days of receipt for pieces purchased online, and seven days of purchase for pieces purchased in the gallery.
We will refund you the price of the art minus the delivery costs each way.
Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available for commissioned or custom-framed works, or piercing jewellery, unless faulty or damaged.
