Shipping policy

Standard Delivery is free to all our customers, although we reserve the right to charge for custom-framed items, sculptures costing less than £2500, or artwork of a particularly delicate state. In this event, we will advise of costs involved for customer approval prior to despatch.

If you have any query in relation to shipping, please contact us by email as soon as possible in order that we may assist.

We aim to dispatch orders made within four working days, in which case, UK orders should be received within two weeks from date of order. Additional delivery time for non-UK orders will take longer, but we shall use our best endeavors to ensure that couriers instructed will offer a tracking facility.

In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Please note that custom-made or custom-framed artworks cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. 

For deliveries outside the UK, please note that you may be liable to pay an import fee. This varies from country to country so we advise you to check your own government website to see which rules apply to you.
