FAQ's

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we offer free UK and international shipping on all paintings. See Returns and
Delivery
for more information, or get in touch to ask about specific requirements.

I’d like to view a specific work in the gallery, do I just stop by?

It’s always best to arrange a viewing if you’d like to see specific works of art, whether it’s one or many, so we can make sure they’re ready for you to view. Just click ‘Request a Viewing’ on the artwork page and let us know when you’d like to come in.

I like a particular artist – how can I be the first to know when they bring in new work?

You can keep updated with your favourite artist by clicking ‘Request Updates for Artist/Register Interest/Follow Artist’ on their page. You will be sent an email as soon as new work arrives in the gallery, making sure you get a first look.

Can I spread the cost of a painting?

We are a proud participant of the OwnArt Scheme, which enables customers to purchase original art in ten interest-free instalments. It can be used on purchases between £250-£2,500 and there are many options available. Our gallery staff are happy to chat through these options with you, or you can read more here.

When will I receive my order?

ScotlandArt is an independent gallery with a small team. We aim to dispatch most orders within 48 hours of receiving them, but this may vary. Once dispatched, delivery within the UK generally takes 1-3 days, while international orders can take 1-3 weeks. If you have a deadline or an urgent need, please let us know or send a note with your purchase.

Do you offer a framing or hanging service?

We can arrange framing for customers through our partner framers, Strange Frames. For
customers in the West End and Southside of Glasgow, we recommend OddJob Handyman Services for hanging services. If you live elsewhere, let us know that you’re looking to have your purchase installed and we’ll help you find a solution.
