Celia Wilkinson is a landscape painter whose works deconstruct and reconstruct the places they depict, at once recognisable and abstract. She paints from memory, and was for many years inspired by her long-term home, the Isle of Wight. In recent years her subjects have been drawn from further afield as she travels to other countries.
