Collection: Elaine Cunningham

Elaine Cunningham graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, Dundee in 2002 with a B.A. (HONS) in Fine Art. Her work has been exhibited in private galleries throughout the UK.

"My paintings are based on an emotional response to the sea. It is important to me that I paint where I feel a great affinity. Living all my childhood beside the sea, it is close to my heart and memories play a big part in my work. I strive to achieve the essence of the sea, to distil the image without losing it completely."
