James S. Davis
James S Davis (DA.PAI.RSW.FRSA.) was born in 1944 and studied at The Glasgow School of Art 1963-1967 where he was taught to paint by William Armour and David Donaldson. He is a regular exhibitor at The Royal Glasgow Institute, The Royal Scottish Academy, The Royal Scottish Watercolour Society and The Paisley Art Institute. His work can be found in public and private collections worldwide, including The Royal Collection Hollyrood Palace, Vatican Commission Rome, Strathclyde Education Authority, Renfrew Council Argyle Health Board, Glasgow City Chambers, Kilpatrick House, Merk Finance, H.R.H The Duke of Edinburgh, Faisal Royal Family Collection, and Arisaig House Singapore.
